Kawasaki ZX7RR titanium engine mounting bolts
This is a brace of titanium engine mounting bolts for two Kawasaki ZX7RR’s. One set you will see is bored hollow and the other is left solid. The longest ones are 250mm long, even at M12 they took some time to get the shaft parallel due to the ever present deflection.
I’m sure your dying to know how much weight saving there is in drilling them, well the longest one solid is 128g and hollow 93, next size down 117/84 and the shortest ones 54/39 so a grand total of 98g.
