Kawasaki ZXR titanium engine mounting bolts
Long engine mounting bolts like these are hard to get true, the deflection in the middle is considerable. Although its ‘only a bolt’ i can’t help getting them as accurate on the shank as possible, anything over 2 thou over the length is too much. So they take time to make, but are worth it when done.
The fame inserts and locking collars are 7075 alloy, Surteck 650 coated for corrosion protection.

Hi
Like Chris I have a ZX7R and would like the engine mounting bolts set, flanged, i’m not sure whether chris is going for the 20mm or 22mm flanged, i’ll message him as it just makes sense to make 2 lots rather than one lot and then another?
I’m in the UK can you tell me the total price.
Oh and i’m also after some new shock linkage dog bones but i’ve got a different swingarm so would have to measure the hole centres, is this something you could also make?
Possibly also after a titanium front wheel spindle, again it’s nonstandard, it’s to fit Ohlin’s FGR700 forks.
