Titanium pucks

Recently made a load of Lignum Vitae feet for hi-fi systems, they were highly engineered to very tight tollerences, which was an odd thing to do with wood, but Lignum is magic wood and turns almost like metal. The feet have titanium spikes on the bottom which sit on these pucks. This is the underside of the pucks, the spike sits in a gold plated washer glued on the other side. The gooves break up sonic vibrations.

Suzuki GSXR 1000 K6 titanium clutch cable adjusters

Here’s a set of Suzuki GSXR 1000 K6 clutch cable adjusters to go with the throttle cable adjusters i made before. Despite the simplicity small things like this are always difficult to make, its all the fiddling about turning both ends with never quite enough room to safely cut them without crashing the tool into the chuck. i managed though, without too much catastrophe.

Suzuki GSXR 1000 K6 titanium throttle cable adjusters

These are throttle cable holders and adjusters for a Suzuki GSXR 1000 K6. They are simple little things but fiddly to make. There are a lot more titanium parts for this bike waiting for me to make, but it will be a while before i can do them, i did these bits first so he can be having his cables made up.

Davies Motorsport Honda 500/4 titanium valve spring retainers

Those most excellent chaps at Davies Motorsport are building engines. These are titanium valve spring retainers for an extra whizzy engine. Titanium does make for a very strong yet light cap, just whats needed in a high performance engine, and the Davies Honda’s are some of the fastest around.
