Honda SP2 titanium swinging arm axle and adjuster frame inserts
As part of the order for the 7075 alloy steering head stem for the Honda SP2 my customer also wanted a swinging arm pin and the large adjuster inserts that live in the frame. The adjuster pieces were not so straight forward to make as they have the large 21mm A/F hex socket in the end. Broaching the hex in is tremendously difficult as i do it on a fly press, so i had to make holders that would take the strain without deforming the inserts. They came out well though.

He also wanted the chain adjuster bolts and nuts, so i made those as well

and finally a new front axle bolt. I made him one a while ago to OEM dims, but then he fitted Ohlins forks with beefier axle so the head of the original bolt is too small, so i’ve made him this one with a bigger flange, sorry about the colour
