M14 titanium and 7075 alloy nuts

Castle nuts are not the easiest thing to make in titanium, its putting the slots in that takes a certain finesse when they are only 3.5mm wide, end mills this small go PING for fun, but i managed this one without any cutter casualties. I find M14 is about the largest size to comfortably (its titanium we’re talking about so ‘comfortably’ is a relative term!) run a tap straight through,
