Montesa titanium wheel and swinging arm spindle set

I’ve just finished making a spindle set for a trials Montesa. I’ve done a few of these for that most excellent man Mark Devine at H&D Racing, next up is a 7075 alloy set to be tested in use.

i’m pleased with these, even though i’ve been tinkering with titanium for 15 years now i still learn new things, this time i’ve approached drilling them in a slightly different way which has proved better, you get the same result – a big hole down the middle, but it makes the process a bit easier, not quicker though unfortunately!

The front wheel spindle is for designed for use without a speedo drive unit, so the fat end is 15mm longer to take up the space occupied by the speedo unit.

      Hi,

I’m looking for a titanium rear axle for my Aprilia RS250. Currently, these are not available anywhere (to the best of my knowledge).
However, I’m hoping to be able to use/modify a swingarm pivot from another motorcycle make/model for my purpose.
I see you have some for sale, could you please tell me if any of them are 20mm OD and roughly 280-320 mm in length??
I would greatly appreciate your help for this project!
      Kind regards
