Ducati titanium floating disc bobbins, bolts and nuts

I’ve been fighting these little fellows for days, as they are small they are really fiddly and difficult to do, real problems setting up the milling machine to cut the slots in the bobbins due to clearance. The nuts are 7mm a/f which are nearly invisible to my eyes! and M6 thread. M6 i find is about the worst size for tapping in titanium because the amount of metal needing to be removed relative to the strength inherent in the tap is not good, they snap so easily and do very often. So i’ve invested in a second super duper tap for titanium, i broke the first one!

Theres two sets here, one set has magnetic 416 stainless steel bolts so they trigger the sensor.
